Role - field descriptions
Overview
This page defines the forms and objects to which the role will have access and the level of security attached to each form/object.
- Formulator
- Technician
- Tester
- Supervisor
Each role can have different levels of security access to both forms and objects.
For example, the Formulator role may have access privileges to Item and Formula objects, but not to Test objects. Conversely, a Tester may have access privileges to only Test objects.
In addition, the level of security access per object can vary. For example, a Formulator may have read/copy/write privileges to a Formula object, but may have only read/copy privileges to an Item object.
