Approval codes

In addition to status codes, approval codes can be established for symbols. Approval codes designate the approval stage of the object.

  1. Open the Approval tab in the Symbol form.
  2. Specify an approval code that is alphanumeric and specify a description. Click Language Translation to specify the set code description in another language.

    Users can manually specify or change the approval code, if security permits them. A workflow can be created to verify and specify the approval code of a particular object. For more information about specifying properties, see the Infor PLM for Process Scripting Administration Guide.
