Databases and Integrated Windows Authentication
Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) works in conjunction with selecting a database. It allows users to bypass the login window.
What if IWA is set up and only one database is in the Optiva Configuration application? Then the Optiva login dialog is bypassed during login.
Suppose IWA is set up and you have more than one database in the Optiva Configuration application. Then the Optiva login dialog opens with several databases to choose from; the user information is inactivated. For more information about setting up Integrated Windows Authentication and other security, see the Infor Optiva Installation Guide.
