Understanding form security for roles

Security for the Optiva forms is governed by Form Security in Roles.

The Configure Templates form also controls the content that is displayed for a role.

Roles are associated with labs. After the user logs into a lab, the user is assigned role security for the lab. If the user has more than one role for the lab, then the user is assigned the least restrictive security.
