Quenching example

  1. Create the QUENCH1 and QUENCH2 items. Then, assign the Quencher set code to both items.
  2. Create the SENSITIVE item.
    1. Specify item QUENCH1 and item QUENCH2 as the Quenching Agents.
    2. Specify the relative amount of 75;25.
    3. Select Sensitizer for the set code.
  3. Create a formula, FQ12\0001 and add these ingredients:

    SENSITIVE Quantity = 100.0 KG

    QUENCH1 Quantity = 75.0 KG

  4. Click Quencher Calc. A successful message is displayed and the QUENCH_RESULT parameter value is 0 (Pass).

  5. Increase the quantity of the SENSITIVE ingredient to 101. Click Save. Then, click Quencher Calc. A failure message is displayed and the QUENCH_RESULT parameter value is 1 (Fail).
