External email notification
			Optiva provides the capability to notify
			users of events that occur within the system. This is accomplished using the Notify function to send an email message; or SendMail function to send an attached document in an
				Optiva workflow, copy method or VB
			script. These notifications can be carried out though an external email system. 
Optiva supports SMTP-based (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).
