Adding and deleting extension fields

You can drag and drop fields from the source pane to the Main or Extension Tables tab.

When you add or delete extension fields in the @DFLT role, those changes are applied to every role for which there are no overrides.

An Extension field can only be added to one tab. It cannot be added to multiple tabs.

  1. Open the Configure Templates page.
  2. Select a role.
  3. Select a symbol.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Select the Main or Extension Tables tab.
  6. To add an extension field, drag and drop the Extension field into the tab.
  7. Optionally, you can specify the field as read only or span the field to two columns in length.
  8. To remove an extension field, drag and drop the Extension field from the tab to the source pane.
  9. Click Save.
