Saving formula comments

When a formula is replaced, the original comments from the formula are stored in the new formula in a function (doc) code.

  1. Create a doc code in the Symbol form. In this example, COMMENT is the doc. code that is used to store the formula comments when ingredients are replaced.
  2. Assign the doc code to the FORMULAINGREDREPLACE.COMMENTHISTORYDOCCODE profile attribute.
  3. Assign the document code to a filter for formulas.

    The COMMENT document code contains a history of comments from formulas that have had ingredients replaced and possibly comments changed.
