Roles share form security with labs

The most restrictive security applies.

If a role has no access (0) to a form:

• The form is not displayed on the menu.
• The form is not active on the toolbar for any users with that role. This is true even if the form is listed in the Configure Menu page for the lab.

If the lab does not include a form that the role allows, the form is not displayed on the menu.
