Alternate ingredients

In Optiva, you can provide alternates for ingredients in a formula. Alternates provide comparable items that can be used if inventory is low or a cost improvement or some other benefit is required.

Here, you are replacing CHEESE_01 with CHEESE_02 and CHEESE_03. SAUSAGE_01 is being replaced with SAUSAGE_02 and SAUSAGE_03. Alternate numbers are assigned by Optiva.
