Optiva data model

Optiva's data is based on objects. Objects represent units of data and they are organized by object type.

Here are some examples of some common Optiva object types with instances below them.

Optiva objects build on each other

In Optiva, one object can act as a building block for another object:

  • Units of Measure are used to define Parameters.
  • Parameters are used to define Items.
  • Items are used to define Formulas.
  • Formulas are grouped into Projects.
