Configuring Attribute custom columns

You can configure custom columns. These columns are named Attribute#, but you can change the column names.

  1. Modify the validation records for these columns in the Validation form.
    1. Change the data type and length.
    2. Accept the default values for other columns or add other validation if desired, such as forcing the entries to all capitalization.
  2. Configure the column captions in the Field Label form.
  3. Show or hide the new column in the Optiva form by selecting Grid Settings > Column Personalization.
