Shop calendars

The workdays and non-workdays for each user are controlled through shop calendars. When you view the results in the Assign Users To Task page, you may see blank load percentages for some dates. This can be due to many factors:

  • It is beyond the normal working hours for the user or location in which the user resides.
  • The user has paid vacation time or is on holiday.
  • The date is a weekend day that is considered to be a non-workday.
