Calculating load percentages for users

Shop calendars are used to calculate the load percentages for each user who is assigned to a task. These percentages are displayed in the User Load page and the Assign Users To Task page.

Suppose a user is assigned to work on one task 100% of the time. The user starts the task at the beginning of the day. In this case, the user load is displayed as 100% for that day.

What if the user cannot begin the task until the middle or the end of the workday? This may occur if the user is assigned to another task that day. In this scenario, the calculations are adjusted accordingly.

Suppose the user has a workday that spans 11 hours. The task is assigned to the user when there are only 2.5 hours remaining in the day. In this case, the user load is calculated as: 2.5 divided by 11
