Logging in and defining user parameters

To login and define user parameters:
  1. Open the downloaded Infor RPA Tray Assistant app.
  2. Click Add an Account and select ion Api file.
  3. Click the account to login.
  4. Click the vertical-ellipsis icon after a successful login to verify or install the latest workflow process.
  5. Select PLMImportPackage and click the vertical-ellipsis icon.
  6. Click Show Process Details.
  7. Click the Versions tab and select the required version from the Available Versions.
  8. Click Update.
  9. Click the User Arguments tab.
  10. Specify this information:
    fileConfigBOMChild
    The file name of the standard template used for BOM mapping.

    Example: PARENT_BOM_TEMPLATE.xlsx

    fileConfigName
    The file name of the standard template used for general mapping.

    Example: STANDARD_MAPPING_TEMPLATE.xlsx

    fileConfigPath
    The file path where standard template files are stored. This is used as a reference for mapping source files.

    Example: C:\RPA\Configuration

    fileDirectoryPath
    The file path where the source file directory is located.

    Example: C:\RPA\RPA Import

    fileHistoryLevelPath
    The file path where files are moved after processing for level templating.

    Example: C:\RPA\RPA Import - Level Templates – History

    fileHistoryPath
    The file path where files are moved after processing.

    Example: C:\RPA\RPA Import History

    IsLevelMapping
    Indicates whether to use pick Level Template Excel format directory.
    levelFileDirectory
    The file path where the source directory for Level Template files is located.

    Example: C:\RPA\RPA Import - Level Templates

    logFilePath
    The file path where generated logs are stored.

    Example: C:\RPA\Logs

    User Name
    The email address of a user to login.
    Password
    The login password of a user.
    xmlFilePath
    The file path where generated xml files are located.

    Example: C:\RPA\RPA_Import_XML_Files

  11. Click Save.
  12. Click Run.
