Troubleshooting

• Authorize IONAPI and Microsoft Office 365 in RPA Management > Manage > Authorization.
• Ensure the RPA version is compatible with the process.
• Verify that the device status is connected in unattended mode.
• Once Infor LN consumes an invoice (Pdf), if the same invoice is processed for the second time, Infor LN consumes the invoice and gives a validation error message: Supplier invoice number is already used by invoice.
