Troubleshooting
- In case of any exceptions, the log files can be checked in this folder: C:\ProgramData\Infor\RPA\TrayAssistant\Logs
 - The generated logs can also be checked in the folder specified in the user arguments. 
           
For example, c:\RPA\Logs.
 - Ensure the RPA version is compatible with the process.
 - Verify that the device status is connected in unattended mode.
 - Ensure the same file names or same folder names are not defined.
 - Provide the User parameters in the correct format for smooth processing of the flow.
 - Set up the Working Directory as mentioned in this document.
 - RPA Processing speed can be slower for some users, depending on the network infrastructure.
 - Ensure that the process is not interrupted while running and files are not opened.
