Troubleshooting

  • In case of any exceptions, the log files can be checked in this folder: C:\ProgramData\Infor\RPA\TrayAssistant\Logs
  • The generated logs can also be checked in the folder specified in the user arguments.

    For example, c:\RPA\Logs.

  • Ensure the RPA version is compatible with the process.
  • Verify that the device status is connected in unattended mode.
  • Ensure the same file names or same folder names are not defined.
  • Provide the User parameters in the correct format for smooth processing of the flow.
  • Set up the Working Directory as mentioned in this document.
  • RPA Processing speed can be slower for some users, depending on the network infrastructure.
  • Ensure that the process is not interrupted while running and files are not opened.
