Installing the app

For iOS devices, iOS 11 and higher is supported for the SyteLine Service mobile app. For Android devices, version 8.0 and higher is supported.

Install the app in one of these ways:

• On your mobile device, download SyteLine Service Mobile from the device's app store.
• Infor OS users can also access the app through the App Store via Infor OS. On your mobile device, log in to Infor OS and select Users > Apps & Authorizations. Tap SyteLine Service Mobile. Tap Download App to open the app in the app store.
