About Service Hub

On the Service Hub form, you can view basic service-related data for units and customers, and their key statistical data.

This form includes multiple views, buttons, and fields in the various regions of related information.

Common fields

This table shows the common fields included on this form.

Field or button Description
View Select Unit or Customer.

When selected, the appropriate unit or customer details is displayed in the main region of the form.

Search Search for unit or customer information.
  • When you select Unit, specify the full or partial unit number, full or partial item number, or full or partial item description.
  • When you select Customer, specify the customer name or customer number.
Create New Click this button to expand the form list.

Select from this list to open the corresponding form in New mode.

  • Service Order: Opens the Service Orders form.
  • Incident: Opens the Incidents form.
  • Unit: Opens the Units form.
  • Inspection: Opens the Inspections Setup form.
  • Contract: Opens the Service Contracts form.
  • Appointment: Opens the Service Appointments form.
  • Knowledge Base: Opens the Knowledge Base form.
  • Customer: Opens the Customers form.

Unit view

This table shows the buttons, fields, and information displayed when you select the Unit view.

Button, field, or region Description
Advanced Search Click this button to open the Unit Configuration Search section.

Use this section to find the unit based on child units of the unit.

Knowledge Base Click this button to open the Knowledge Base form in New mode.
Unit Details A region that displays the item photo, unit number, item number, item description, customer name who owns the unit, and tags related to the unit.

Click the unit number hyperlink to open the Units form filtered on the selected unit.

The tags show this information:

  • On Warranty: Indicates the unit is currently covered by at least one Warranty.
  • Available for Rental: Indicates the unit is available for rental.
  • Available for Service: Indicates the unit can be serviced.
  • Hold: Indicates the unit is marked as on Hold.
Overview A region that displays a variety of basic information related to the unit.
  • Status Code: Displays the status code assigned to the unit.
  • Service Partner: Displays the name of the service partner if one is assigned.
  • Install Date: Displays the date the unit was installed.
  • Ship Date: Displays the date the unit was shipped.
  • Last Meter Amount: Displays the amount of the last meter reading.
  • Last Meter Date: Displays the date of the last meter reading.
  • Last Preventative Date: Displays the date the last preventative maintenance was performed.
  • Next Preventative Date: Displays the date when the next preventative maintenance is performed.
  • Last Calibration: Displays the date the unit was last calibrated.
  • Next Calibration: Displays the date the next unit calibration is performed.
  • Last Inspection: Displays the date the unit was last inspected.
  • Next Inspection: Displays the date when the next unit inspection is performed.
  • Warehouse: Displays the warehouse where the unit was stored.
  • Customer Item: Displays the customer’s number for the item.
  • Current Consumer: Displays the current consumer of the item.
Unit Configuration A region that displays the unit configuration tree with search and refresh capabilities.
  • As of: Specify a date to refresh the unit’s configuration tree as of this date.
  • Show Removed: Select this check box to show removed configuration components when the unit tree has been refreshed. Clear this check box to hide removed configuration components from the unit tree.
  • Show Future Additions: Select this check box to show future configuration additions when the unit tree has been refreshed. Clear this check box to hide future configuration additions from the unit tree.
  • Refresh: Click this button to refresh and expand the unit tree.
  • Unit tree: Click this expand or collapse button to show or hide the item components that make up the unit configurations.
  • Launch: Click this icon to open the Unit Configuration form filtered on the selected unit.
Unit Specific Information

A region that displays tiles with the selected unit or item's open status information, such as appointments, SRO lines, incidents, contract lines, warranties, and inspections.

Each tile displays the count, category name, and in some cases, a warning indicator when the unit or item is about to expire or has expired.

You can click each tile to show the associated data in the lower region.

You can click the Launch icon to open the related form filtered on the current data.

Customer view

This table shows the buttons, fields, and information displayed when you select the Customer view.

Button, field, or region Description
GPS Click this button to open the Partner Location History form.
Ship To Click this button to open the Customer Ship-Tos form filtered on the selected customer.
Pricing Click this button to open the Pricing form.
Customer Details A region that displays the customer's logo, name, bill-to address, default currency code, and status code.

Click the customer name hyperlink to open the Customers form filtered on the selected customer.

Click the Launch icon to open the Service Customers form filtered on the customer.

Overview A region that displays various service related data for the selected customer.
  • Order Contact: Displays the name of the customer’s order contact person.
  • Order Contact Address: Displays the order contact’s email address as a hyperlink. Click the hyperlink to send an email to the client's email address.
  • Order Contact Phone Number: Displays the order contact’s phone number.
  • Revenue Contracts: Displays the total of the contract amounts.
  • Revenue Service Orders: Displays the total of the service order amounts.
  • Billing Contact Name: Displays the name of the customer’s billing contact person.
  • Billing Contact Phone Number: Displays the phone number of the billing contact person.
  • Credit Limit: Displays the amount of credit limit.
  • Credit Available: Displays the remaining credit available.
  • Credit Open Payments: Displays the total amount of open payments that exist.
  • Service Partner: Displays the name of the associated service partner.
  • Last Service Date: Displays the date the last time a service was performed on any unit owned by the customer.
  • Last Incident Date: Displays the date the last service incident was reported.
  • Closed Incidents: Displays the number of closed incidents for the customer.
  • Service Type: Displays the service type code.
  • Priority Code: Displays the assigned priority code of the customer.
  • Terms Code: Displays the customer’s terms code.
  • Price Code: Displays the customer’s price code.
On Your Radar A region that displays counts of various tasks that must be addressed in the near future.
  • Unposted Transactions: Displays the number of unposted service transactions.

    Click the Launch icon to open the Service Order Transactions form filtered on the customer.

  • Service Orders to be Invoiced: Displays the number of service orders that are must be invoiced.

    Click the Launch icon to open the Service Orders To Be Invoiced Report form.

  • Unposted Invoices: Displays the number of unposted invoices.

    Click the Launch icon to open the Invoices, Debit and Credit Memos form.

  • Service Contracts to be Invoiced: Displays the number of service contracts that must be invoiced.

    Click the Launch icon to open the Service Contracts To Be Invoiced Report form.

Sales Growth YOY (PYTD vs YTD) A region that displays a graph of the sales growth year over year.

The Sales Growth Currency displays the currency code of the amounts in the graph. The graph displays the sales growth of previous year to date compared to current year to date by month.

Service Analysis A region that displays tiles with the selected customer's open status information, such as appointments, incidents, units, contracts, open SROs, and closed SROs.

Each tile shows the count, category name, and in some cases, a warning indicator when the object is about to expire or has expired.

You can click each tile to show the associated data in the lower region.
