About Customer Hub

On the Customer Hub form, you can view basic customer information and key statistical data. Use the Search field to specify the customer name or customer number.

This form includes buttons and fields in the various regions of related information.

This table shows the buttons included on this form.

Button Description
Ship Tos Click this button to open the Customer Ship-Tos form filtered on the current customer.
Schedule Service Click this button to open the Calendar Scheduling form.
Pricing

Click this button to open the Pricing form.

Item Available Click this button to open the Item Availability form.
Create New Click this button to expand the form list.

Select from this list to open the corresponding form in New mode.

  • Estimate: Opens the Estimates form.
  • Customer Order: Opens the Customer Orders form.
  • RMA: Opens the RMAs form.
  • Project: Opens the Projects form.
  • SRO: Opens the Service Orders form.
  • Incident: Opens the Incidents form.
  • Interaction: Opens the Customer Interactions form.

Customer Details

This table shows the information included on this region.

Field Description
Customer Name A hyperlink that displays the current customer name.

Click this hyperlink to open the Customers form filtered on the current customer name.

Address A static that displays the short address of the current customer.

The format is {Address 1}, {City},{State Code}, {Zip code}.

Contact Number A static that displays the contact number of the current customer.
Active A tag that indicates that the customer's status is Active for Order Processing.
QC Customer A tag that indicates that the current customer has QC customer information.
Credit Hold A tag that indicates that the current customer is Credit Hold.
Favorite A tag that indicates that the current customer is Favorite.

This table shows the information included on this region.

Field Description
Order Contact A static that displays the order contact details, such as the contact name, email, and number.

The Email field displays the external or internal email address. Click the hyperlink to send an email to the specified email address. This field is disabled when both external and internal emails are empty.

YOY% A static that displays the percentage value of the year-over-year (YOY).

YOY% = [this year's year-to-date (YTD) - previous year's YTD] ÷ previous year's YTD × 100%

Open the Rebalance Customer Pay History form and filter the customer.

[Sales YTD (New) - Sales Last YTD (New)] ÷ Sales Last YTD (New) × 100%

Sales PTD A static that displays the amount of sales for this period-to-date (PTD).
Sales YTD A static that displays the amount of sales for this year-to-date.
Sales Last Yr A static that displays the amount of sales last year.
Billing Contact A static that displays the billing contact details, such as the contact name and number.
Credit A static that displays the credit information, such as the credit limit, available credit, and open payments.

The Open Payments field displays the number of open domestic currency payments for the current customer.

Open A/R Posted Transactions Detail form and filter ""Type"" = Payment & ""Applied to Invoice""" = 0 or Null

Amount = Sum Amount field for all foreign and domestic open payments on the A/R Posted Transactions Detail Domestic Currency form.

End User Type A static that displays the end user type to identify the customer.
Last Order Date A static that displays the latest customer order date of the current customer.

Open Customer Orders form and filter the selected Customer number and status = Ordered and Complete.

Use the Latest Order's Order Date as the Last Order Date.

Last Interaction Date A static that displays the latest customer interaction date of the current customer.

Open Customer Interactions form and filter the selected Customer number and status = Active.

Use the Latest record's Interaction Date as the Last Interaction Date.

Website A hyperlink that displays the website of the current customer.

Click this hyperlink to open the website in the browser.

N/A is displayed when the value is empty.

Average On Time Delivery% A static that displays a KPI of On Time Delivery % over 12 months for the designated customer.

This value provides a comprehensive insight into the customer's service analysis.

Currency A static that displays the currency code.
Type A static that displays the end user type.
Tax Code A static that displays the tax code.

Ship Tos

This region displays the Ship To customers and contact details, and the assigned sales contacts for the selected customer ship-to record.

You can click the Launch icon to open the Customer Ship-Tos form filtered on the current data.

Upcoming Activities

This region contains a grid that displays the interaction data for the current customer.

You can click the Launch icon to open the Customer Interactions form filtered on the current customer.

Sales Growth YOY (PYTD vs YTD)

This region contains a chart that displays the sales per month trailing 24 months for the current customer.

Sales Analysis and Service Analysis

This region contains a carousel that displays some key information of the current customer:

  • Sales Analysis: Displays Estimates, Customer Orders, Invoices, Projects, RMAs, and Past Due Invoices
  • Service Analysis: Displays Service Orders, Incidents, Units, and Service Contracts

Each tile displays the count, category name and, in some cases, an icon that indicate Credit Hold or Expired, and a monetary value associated with each category.

You can click each tile to show the associated data in the lower region. The details include their IDs, expired amounts, and close dates.
