Filtering global objects in the Object Viewer

To filter global objects in the Object Viewer:

  1. In Filter(s) for Global Objects, use the Type drop-down list to select the type of global object you want to search for.
  2. In the Filter field, specify a filter string to use for the search.
    • You can use implied wildcards. For example, rate matches ExchangeRate , GenerateReturnedCheck , and RateIncreasePercent.
    • Filter strings are not case-sensitive.
  3. To search for regular expressions only, select Regular Expression.
  4. To filter the contents of the tree, click Apply.

To restore the unfiltered tree, click Clear.
