Description

Specifies the record cap for the selected collection or subcollection.

Syntax

RECORDCAP( integer )

Remarks

Individual record caps be less than, or equal to, the record cap specified on the “Process Defaults” form.

Examples

To cap the displayed records for a particular collection, or subcollection, at 300, enter “RECORDCAP( 300 )”.

If the “Process Defaults” record cap is 200, then this record cap specification is reduced to 200.
