Attachments - Service

Use this form to upload and view documents for key data elements based on one of these underlying forms:

  • The Appointment Details form shows documents for the incident, service order, or opportunity associated with the appointment.
  • The Unit Details form shows details for the selected unit.
  • The Customer Details form shows documents for the selected customer.

Use the Upload button to associate a new document or picture with the selected data element. Clicking this buttons gives you the option of taking a picture using your device's camera (if one exists) or selecting the picture from the device's gallery.
