Project Resources Overview

Use the Project Resources form to add resources to a project and then link them to other areas of the system. Resources allow material cost to be rolled into a project.

The header fields display information from the Projects form, including:

  • Project number
  • (Description)
  • (Customer name)
  • Customer number
  • (Ship to)
  • Status of the project
  • End date
  • Project type

Body fields display this information from the Project Tasks form:

  • Task number
  • (Description)
  • Status

Body fields also display this item information specific to this form:

  • Item
  • Description
  • Sequence
  • Sort by fields
