On the Project Resources form, select the option in the Source field and click the Source button to cross-reference the project resource to one of the following:

• Inventory
• Job
• Purchase Order
• Requisition
• SRO

On the Project Resources form, this field is disabled if any project WIP is incurred from the job cross reference including sub job actual costs.

On the Estimate Project Resources form, you can select Job to cross-reference the resource to an estimate job. Otherwise, the Source field is informational only, and the Source button is disabled.
