G/L Posted Transactions

Use this form to view what you have posted to the journals. Except for the fields on the Analysis Attributes tab, all fields are display only. The data comes from posted journal transactions.

You cannot enter or delete transactions on this form; it serves for display purposes only. You can, however, modify Ledger dimension analysis attributes that have been configured for use on the Analysis Attributes tab. See About Dimension Analysis Attributes.

You can display the transactions in the following three ways:

  • in the order in which they were posted
  • sorted by account number
  • summarized by account for each accounting period
