WIP Aging Dashboard
Use this dashboard to display the work‑in‑progress (WIP) jobs by status, accumulated cost, and aging across defined time buckets.
The dashboard uses data from SyteLine and organizes information at the site, job, and suffix levels. The dashboard supports operational and financial users by identifying delays, tracking work in process (WIP) exposure, and increasing production efficiency.

These are the columns associated with this dashboard:
- Site
- The location where the job is executed.
- Job
- The unique job number for the production order.
- Suffix
- The sub-level or split of the job.
- Item
- The product or component associated with the job.
- Status
- The current state of the job.
- Start Date
- The date on which operation is started.
- Projected Date
- The expected completion date of the job.
- WIP Material Total
- The total material cost that is work in progress.
- WIP Labour Total
- The total labor cost that is work in progress.
- WIP Outside Total
- The total external processing cost that is work in progress.
- WIP Variable Overhead
- The variable overhead cost that is work in progress.
- WIP Fixed Overhead
- The fixed overhead cost that is work in progress.
- WIP Total
- The total cost that is work in progress.
- Days in WIP
- The number of days the job is work in progress.
- 0-30
- The work in progress value for jobs between 0 and 30 days.
- 30-60
- The work in progress value for jobs between 30 and 60 days.

- The work in progress value for jobs between 60 and 90 days.

- The work in progress value for jobs between 90 and 180 days.
