Top Items

This widget displays items with the highest purchase value (Net Amount) or the highest purchased quantity during the selected period.

The net amount can be calculated using this formula: Total Spend per Item = Total (Ordered Qty × Unit Cost) grouped by Item

or

Total Purchased Quantity per Item = Total Ordered Qty grouped by Item

The values can be grouped using these dimensions:

• Item
• Item Group/Category
• Supplier
• Buyer
• Purchase Order Number
• Order Date

Purchase Trend

This widget displays the trend of total purchase value (Net Amount) to support analysis of purchasing behaviour.

The purchase value can be calculated using this formula: Total Net Amount per Time Period = Total (Ordered Qty × Unit Cost) grouped by selected time dimension.

Purchase Order Receiving

This widget displays these metrics related to the purchase orders:

• Purchase Order Line Count: The total number of purchase order lines for which receipts are generated.
• Late: The number of purchase orders that are delivered after the due date.
• Shortage:
• Perfect Order Line: The total number of purchase order lines where all the ordered items are received on time with no rejections
