Service
The Service module is a Business Intelligence solution built on Infor Birst.
The module integrates the ERP data into insights and provides visibility into payable management trends, vendor performance, procurement effectiveness and reduces dependency on manual reporting. This module provides a centralized, interactive view of key manufacturing KPIs by consolidating information from ERP modules related to service orders, service contracts, and incidents.
