The total number of corrective action requests (CARs) that are past the due date and not closed are displayed.

The CARs can be calculated using this formula: Count of CARs where Due Date < Current Date and Status ≠ Closed

The KPI identifies corrective actions past the target completion date for escalation and prioritization

Avg Cycle Time (Days)

The average number of days taken to close CARs is calculated using this KPI.

The number of days can be calculated using this formula: AVG (Closed Date − Created Date)

This KPI evaluates the efficiency of the corrective action process by measuring average closure duration.
