This section describes the KPIs and the formulas used to calculate the KPIs displayed in the dashboard.
Assets
The resources retained for a business to generate revenue or support operations.
The asset value can be calculated using this formula: Sum (GL Amount for items with unit code 1,2,3,4 where account class is asset)
Note: You can use the Account Year filter option to calculate GL amount for a specific time period.
Liabilities
The financial debts required to pay.
The liability value can be calculated using this formula: Sum (GL Amount for items with unit code 1,2,3,4 where account class is liabilities)
Note: You can use the Account Year filter option to calculate GL amount for a specific time period.
Net Position
The difference between the total assets and total liabilities.
The net position value can be calculated using this formula: Total Asset – Total Liabilities
