This section describes the widgets associated with the purchase order receiving dashboard.

Punctuality

This widget displays the on-time supplier material delivery based on the expected delivery date.

You can use this widget to evaluate supplier delivery performance.

The punctuality percentage can be calculated using this formula: (On-Time Deliveries / Total Deliveries) × 100

This widget displays the percentage of received items identified as defective or rejected during inspection.

You can use this widget to evaluate supplier delivery performance.

The received items can be calculated using this formula: (Defective Quantity / Total Received Quantity) × 100

This widget displays the consistency of a supplier in delivering the ordered quantities on time.

You can use this widget to track supplier reliability and material availability trends.

The ordered quantity can be calculated using this formula: Availability % = (Quantity Delivered / Quantity Ordered) × 100

This widget displays the quantity of items that is yet to be received for the purchase order lines.

These columns are displayed in the widget:

Site: The ERP site related to the purchase order.
Purchase order: The purchase order number.
Purchase Order Line: The purchase order line number of the purchase order.
Ordered Quantity: The quantity of items ordered through the purchase order line.
Received Quantity: The quantity of items received through the purchase order line.
Variance in Qty: The pending quantity that is yet to be received through the purchase order line.
Percentage of Qty: The percentage of pending quantity that is yet to be received through the purchase order line.

This widget displays the quantity of excess items received for the purchase order lines.
