Vendor Fill Rate Detail Dashboard
Use the vendor fill rate summary dashboard to view the percentage of orders completely fulfilled and delivered on time.
The detailed visibility of order lines and received quantity is used to analyze vendor performance.
This dashboard highlights key metrics such as line level fill rate, unit-level fulfillment, and on-time delivery of the items.

The data in the vendor fill rate detail dashboard is grouped using two selectors. You can select a value in the Group By 1 option to define the first level grouping and then select a value in the Group By 2 option to perform a second level grouping within each group of the first level.

- Warehouse
- Buyer
- Vendor
- Status
- Product Code
- Vendor Category

These columns are displayed in the vendor fill rate details dashboard:
- Line Number
- The unique identifier for each purchase order line.
- Number of Ship Complete Orders
- The count of purchase order lines where all items are received.
- Percentage Fill Rate Line
- The percentage of purchase order lines where all items are received.
- Ordered Qty
- The total quantity of ordered items for all purchase order lines.
- Received Qty
- The total quantity of received items for all purchase order lines.
- Percentage Of Fill Rate Unit
- The percentage of received quantity compared with the ordered quantity.
- Number Of On Time Order Lines
- The count of purchase order lines that are received on or before the due date.
- Number Of On Time Orders 2 Days Lines
- The total count of purchase orders that are received within two days of the due date.
- Number Of On Time Orders 5 Days Lines
- The total count of purchase orders that are received within five days of the due date.
- Percentage Of On Time Lines
- The percentage of orders that are received on or before the due date.
- Percentage Of On Time Lines Two Days
- The percentage of orders that are received within two days of the due date.
- Percentage Of On Time Lines Five Days
- The percentage of orders that are received within five days of the due date.
