Accounts Payable Aging Details Dashboard
Use this dashboard to provide a centralized analytical view of accounts payable aging activity using SyteLine ERP data in Birst BI. The dashboard delivers near real-time visibility into open payables, aging balances, and vendor-level invoice details.
This dashboard is used by the finance team in managing and analyzing accounts payable operations. The users can analyze metrics such as open amount balance, balance not yet due, overdue aging amount, overdue ratio, average days overdue, outstanding balance, invoice amounts, discount amounts, and vendor-specific payable records.
The dashboard consolidates aging transactions into a single interactive view, improves visibility into invoice-level obligations, reduces manual reporting effort, and supports accurate payment planning and cash flow analysis.

These are the columns in this dashboard:
- Site
- The business unit or location where the transaction is recorded.
- Vendor
- The name of supplier or vendor account associated with the accounts payable transaction.
- Voucher
- The unique identifier assigned to the payable transaction.
- Invoice Number
- The vendor-provided invoice reference number.
- Invoice Date
- The date on which the vendor issued the invoice.
- Due Date
- The date by which the invoice payment is expected.
- Check Date
- The date when the payment is completed.
- Days Overdue Aging
- The number of days the invoice is past the due date.
- Net Sales
- The billed amount associated with the invoice.
- Balance
- The remaining unpaid amount for the invoice.
- Balance Not Yet Due
- The portion of the balance that is within the due period.
- Overdue Balance
- The balance that is past the due date.
- 1-30
- The overdue amount within 1 to 30 days past due.
