This section describes the KPIs and the formulas used to calculate the KPIs displayed in the dashboard.

Total Actual Material Cost

The total material cost of a job. The cost can be calculated using this formula: Sum (Actual Material Cost).

Material Cost Variance

The difference between actual and planned material cost. The difference in cost can be calculated using this formula: Actual Material Cost - Planned Material Cost.

Material Consumption Efficiency

This KPI compares actual material usage with planned material requirements to measure the efficiency of material consumption in production. The efficiency can be calculated using this formula: Efficiency of material usage vs plan (Planned Qty / Actual Qty)*100.
