Service Contracts Details

This widget provides a detailed transactional view of service contract information, including contract items, quantities, billing rates, contract periods, invoicing milestones, and billed amounts.

The report monitors contract line activity, tracks billing and surcharge amounts, and analyzes contract-specific financial and operational details. The report supports contract management, billing validation, and service agreement performance analysis.

These columns are displayed in this widget:

Site: The ERP site where service is performed.
Warehouse: The warehouse associated with the service contract.
Customer: The customer associated with the service contract.
Contract: The service contract number.
Customer Ship To: The address at which the serviced item is supposed to be delivered.
Contract Status: The description of the service contract status.
Service Type Description: The description of the service contract type.
Salesperson: The salesperson assigned to the service contract.
Product Code: The code of the product associated with the service contract.
Billing Type: The billing type of the service contract.
Billing Frequency: The billing frequency of the associated service contract line.
Terms: The description of the terms code associated with the service contract.
Tax Code 1: The tax code assigned to the service contract.
Contract Bill Through Date: The bill through date of the service contract.
Contract Start Date: The start date of the service contract.
Contract End Date: The end date of the service contract.
Renewal Date: The renewal date of the service contract.
