Sales Details Dashboard
Use the sales details dashboard to view a unified and accurate invoice details. You can analyze the billed transactions by site/warehouse, salesperson, customer, item for the defined financial KPIs.
You can validate revenue figures, analyze margin drivers, review customer payment terms and due dates and compare salesperson and product performance using this dashboard.

These columns are displayed in the sales analysis dashboard:
- Site
- The site associated with the invoice or sales transaction.
- Warehouse
- Warehouse from which items were fulfilled or shipped.
- Invoice Number
- The Invoice ID.
- Invoice Line
- Line number of the item in the invoice.
- Invoice Sequence
- The sequence ID when the invoice has multiple versions.
- Invoice Date
- The date on which invoice is posted.
- Due Date
- The date on which invoice is due for payment.
- Source
- The source through which transaction is done.
- Salesperson
- The salesperson related to the sale or invoice.
- Customer Number
- The customer ID of the customer related to the invoice.
- Customer Name
- The name of the customer.
- Customer Order
- The customer order number related to the sale.
- Customer Order Line
- The customer order line number related to the sale.
- Item
- The ID of the item included in the invoice.
- Terms Code
- The code that indicates the time period after which the payment is due.
- Invoiced Quantity
- The quantity of the item billed in the invoice.
- Net Sales
- The net sales amount defaulted from the Customer Order Line form.
- Cost
- The cost of the item defaulted from the Customer Order Line form.
- Profit
- The profit related to the invoice line. This value as calculated using Net sales – Cost formula. A positive value indicates greater net sales than cost.
- Margin Percentage
- The profit calculated as a percentage of the net sales. This value is calculated using Profit/Net Sales * 100 formula.
