KPIs

This section describes the KPIs and the formulas used to calculate the KPIs displayed in the dashboard.

Contracts Created

The count of service contracts generated in a selected period. The KPI tracks newly established service agreements, monitors contract creation activity, and evaluates growth in service coverage and customer engagement.

The KPI provides visibility into contract onboarding trends and supports analysis of service business expansion.

Active Contracts

The total number of service contracts that are currently active and operational in the selected period. The KPI monitors ongoing customer service agreements, evaluates active service coverage, and tracks the current volume of contractual service commitments managed by the organization.

Contracts Expired (Open)

The number of service contracts that are active with an end date in future.

The KPI monitors ongoing open contracts that remain valid for service coverage. The KPI also provides visibility into active contractual commitments and upcoming contract expirations.

Contracts Expired (90 Days)

The total number of service contracts that are scheduled to expire within the next 90 days. The KPI identifies upcoming contract renewals, monitors expiring service agreements, and supports proactive customer engagement and renewal planning activities.

Contracts To Be Invoiced

The count of service contracts that are ready for invoicing and awaiting billing processing. You can use this KPI to identify service contracts that have billing activity pending and require invoicing attention.

Revenue

The number of service contracts ready for invoicing during the selected period. The KPI monitors pending billable contracts, tracks invoicing readiness, and supports revenue recognition and billing process management.
