Use this dashboard to provide a detailed analysis of project expenses by cost category which can be used to track cost utilization, identify cost drivers, and control budget variance throughout the project lifecycle. This dashboard can be used to compare planned costs with actual costs across cost components to support cost control and financial governance.
The dashboard integrates the ERP data into insights and provides visibility into payable management trends, vendor performance, procurement effectiveness and reduces dependency on manual reporting.
