KPIs

This section describes the KPIs associated with the Quality Summary dashboard.

Total Number of Receivers

The total count of receiver transactions created in CSI for purchased, customer, in-process, and RMA items during the selected time period is displayed.

This KPI calculates all receiver records that are created, including records pending inspection or completion, to measure total receiving volume.

Number of Open Receivers

The total number of receivers that are not fully inspected or closed.

The open receivers can be calculated using this formula: Count of Receiver Numbers where Status (QC Receivers Complete – Unchecked in Disposition form) ≠ Closed

This KPI helps to identify receivers pending inspection or completion and supports in tracking the inspection backlog and workload.

Receiver Completion Rate

The percentage of receivers for which inspection is completed.

The receivers for which the inspections are completed can be calculated using this formula: (Number of Inspected Receivers (QC Receivers Complete – Checked in Disposition form) ÷ Total Number of Receivers) × 100

This KPI calculates inspection process efficiency by the percentage of receivers that completed inspection.

Inspection Pass Rate% (based on Qty)

The percentage of inspected items that have completed quality inspection.

The items for which the inspection is completed can be calculated using this formula: (Number of Passed Inspections ÷ Total Received Qty) × 100

The KPI measures inspection effectiveness and incoming quality by showing the percentage of inspections that meet acceptance criteria.

Inspection Rejection Rate

The percentage of inspected items that are rejected during quality inspection are calculated using this KPI.

The items for which the inspection is completed successfully can be calculated using this formula: (Number of Rejected Inspections ÷ Total Received Qty) × 100

The KPI measures the percentage of inspections that result in rejection or nonconformance.
