Use this dashboard to display the individual quality inspection and disposition records that are generated during receiving, in‑process, or RMA activities.
These transactions provide transaction‑level traceability of inspection results, quantities, and quality decisions for detailed analysis and reporting.

This dashboard consists of these columns:
- Site
- The facility where the QC transaction is recorded
- Transaction Number
- A unique identifier assigned to each QC transaction
- Status
- The current state of the QC transaction. For example, Received
- Receiver Number
- The identifier of the receiving record linked to the transaction
- Item
- The item or product subject to quality inspection
- Inspector
- The person assigned to perform or review the inspection
- Reference Type
- The source document type associated with the transaction. For example, Supplier
- Reference Number
- The identifier of the related document, such as a purchase receipt
- Reference Line
- The specific line number in the referenced document
- Lot
- The lot or batch identifier related to the inspected item
- Disposition Code
- The code that defines the outcome
- Reason
- The explanation for the inspection result or disposition
- Cause
- The identified cause of any issue during inspection
- Quantity
- The number of units in QC transaction
