Quantity Trend

This widget is used to display inspection volume over time to identify trends, peaks, and fluctuations in inspection activity.

The quality can be calculated using this formula Total Inspected Quantity = Σ Inspected Quantity

These statuses are available:

Accepted
QC Hold
Received
Rejected
Test

Top 5 Rejections by Reason

This widget is used to identify the most frequent rejection reasons that contribute to quality failures to support corrective actions.

The rejected quantity can be calculated using this formula: Rejected Quantity = Σ Rejected Quantity

Quantity by Status

This widget displays the distribution of inspected quantities across different quality statuses to access current disposition. These statuses are available:

Accepted
QC Hold
Rejected

Customer Complaints

This widget is used to track the number of quality issues reported by customers to indicate external quality impact.

Top 5 Rejections by Item

This widget identifies items with the highest rejection quantities.
