  • The scanned PDF file size allowed must be less than 25 mb as per the IDP supported max file size.
  • Each PDF can contain multiple purchase order details but a page containing multiple purchase orders is not supported.
  • Minimize the number of emails processed in each run.
  • The quality of the PDF scan quality must be 300 DPI (dots per inch).
  • Verify customer item mappings, pricing, ship via, carrier account, quantity release, and U/M values in CSI before large automation runs.
