Customer Order Creation

The automation solution using Infor Robotic Process Automation (RPA) provides technical instructions for installing and executing the Infor Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution for creating Customer Orders (CO) from Purchase Orders (PO). This automation replaces manual customer order entry from purchase order PDFs with an automated, validation-driven process.

The automation verifies the incoming PDF documents from email, classifies purchase orders, extracts key order data, validates mandatory and master data fields, creates Customer Orders and Customer Order Lines in CSI, and routes exceptions to the appropriate Review Center tab.
