Creating and configuring the RPA job

To create and configure an RPA job, perform these steps:

  1. Open the Infor OS application.
  2. Select RPA Management > Manage > Jobs.
  3. Click Add Job. The Add New Job from is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    Job Name
    The name of the job.
    Process
    Select the process for which the job is created.
    Process Version
    Select a version related to the process.
    Job Priority
    Select the priority for the process.
    Description
    The description of the job.
    Serverless
    Select this checkbox to run the job without a dedicated agent.
  5. Select an option in the Schedule field to specify when the job must be run. Possible values:
    • On Demand: To run the job when required.
    • On Trigger: To run the job when triggered.
    Note:  If the Schedule option is set to On Trigger, you must specify this information:
    • Start Date: The date and time when the process must be initiated.
    • End Date: The date and time when the process must be completed.
    • Select the Recurrence option to define the execution frequency or select Cron Expression to specify a schedule using a Cron expression.
  6. Click Save.
