Defining User Arguments

To define the user parameters:

  1. Open the OS application.
  2. Navigate to RPA Management > Manager > Processes.
  3. Select the appropriate process for which the user arguments must be defined.
  4. Click the Your Arguments tab. Specify this information:
    ConfigurationFolder
    The folder path used by the automation to store temporary configuration files, documents, and processing folders.

    Example: /tmp/CSIPOAutomation

    EmailAccount
    The email account used by the automation to read incoming supplier price change emails and attachments.
    EmailFolder
    The email folder monitored by the automation for PO line price change documents
    NumberOfEmails
    The maximum number of emails the automation retrieves and processes during a single job run.
    UserIdentifier
    The user identifier used by the automation for user-specific execution context, routing, or notification handling.
    UnsupportedFolder
    Documents other than PDF Format are moved to this folder.
