Prerequisites

These are the prerequisites for a user to run the automation process:

The user account must be authorized in the RPA mastermind section.
To authorize the user, select OS > RPA Management > Authorization, and click Authorize.
The user account must be added to the mastermind process flow users list.
To add the user, select OS > RPA Management > Manage > Processes, and click Add.
The user must have access to Infor Syteline.
A configured Microsoft Office 365 email account is required for the automation mailbox. The configured mailbox folder must contain unread PDF purchase order attachments for processing.
IDM permissions must be available for the document types used for success and exception storage.
Review Center access must be available for handling Missing Information, Needs Action, Failure, and related transaction states

Note: This version supports email reading from the Outlook client (Classic) and Microsoft Office 365 Cloud. The email account is determined based on Office 365 authorization.
