  • Restocking Fee functionality is applied consistently across Lot-controlled, Serial-controlled, and Lot + Serial-controlled items.
  • The same Restocking Fee applies at the RMA Line level, regardless of individual lot or serial combinations.
  • Restocking Fee is NOT applicable to non-inventory items.
