Security roles
The logged in user must be assigned with all these security roles to use this automation:
- RPA-USER
- RPA-PROCESS_ADMIN
- RPA-ADMIN
- IONAPI-Administrator
- IDM-Administrator
- IONDeskAdmin
- IONAPI-Developer
- RMA_Approvers
Additionally, the user must have access to these forms in Syteline:
- RMA Parameters
- RMAs
- RMA Return Transactions
- RMA Credit memo
- RMA Creation Request form
- RMA Request Details form
- Invoices, Debit and Credit Memos
The user must have access to these IDM security roles for RMA:
- RMA Creator / Order Entry group
- RMA_Approvers
- RMA_WhsClerk
- RMA_ARClerks
