Working Directory Structure

After a successful job run, the folder and file structure are created in the path specified by the “configurationFolder” argument entered in User Parameters.

• InProgress: The RPA automation downloads files from email account to this folder.
• Success: All PDF files that are processed successfully are stored in this folder.
• Failure: Files with validation errors are stored in this folder.
• Logs: This file maintains a record of job results and associated logs.
• ReProcess: Not applicable.

These steps are required for a user to process the price change documents through email:

• Create an email folder corresponding to the configuration specified in the user parameter section.
• Click the Run option to activate the flow. After activation, the flow reads all the unread emails from the specified folder.
